Good to know: if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, cancelling means we simply refund you in full. If it's already on its way (or has arrived), you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery – you just send it back to us at your own cost and we refund you once it's on its way back. Our warehouse and refund process stays exactly the same behind the scenes.
